Para conservar el buen estado del patrimonio cultural del distrito, el Municipio de Esteban Echeverría trabaja en el mantenimiento de esculturas y en la restauración de aquellas que son vandalizadas.
En esta oportunidad, los equipos municipales llevan adelante la restauración del busto del escritor y precursor del romanticismo argentino, Esteban Echeverría. La escultura se encuentra en Boulevard Buenos Aires y Ruta 4, y sufrió daños con pintura.
Anteriormente, el Municipio restauró los bustos de María Eva Duarte de Perón que fueron dañados y se ubican en la plaza Mitre de Monte Grande y en la plaza 25 de Mayo de Luis Guillón.
El espacio público es de todas y todos, por eso, se solicita a las vecinas y a los vecinos que colaboren con el cuidado del patrimonio cultural del distrito.
