El Gobierno promulgó la ley de Incentivo a la Construcción Federal Argentina y Acceso a la Vivienda, que extenderá por un año el régimen de blanqueo para la construcción, a través del decreto 522/2022 publicado hoy en el Boletín Oficial.
El sábado, Massa destacó en Twitter que «la reglamentación de la AFIP estará vigente el miércoles y plantea una declaración voluntaria de tenencia de moneda nacional y extranjera».
Además, indicó que «los fondos alcanzados por un impuesto especial serán del 5% en una primera etapa, vencidos los primeros 90 días será del 10% y luego del 20%».
Según el ministro, «esta medida de alivio fiscal es clave para impulsar el crecimiento y la financiación de una de las industrias más pujantes del país».
«Cuando trabaja la construcción, trabajan las actividades a su alrededor, se crean empleos, se mueve la economía y la Argentina crece», completó.
